WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY (RTT)?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a powerful hybrid method that gets to the root cause of why we may feel struck. It is a method that combines the most effective techniques from NLP, (neuro-liguistic programming), CBT, (cognitive behaviour) hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy, with the ability to transform lives, powerfully and permanently. During a session, we uncover the negative meaning/interpretation (self beliefs) from previous life events and then change that meaning/interpretation (self beliefs) to ones which are positive and empowering. A personalized recording is created to rewire the subconscious mind for fast, effective and long term change.
CAN YOU CONTROL WHAT I DO IN HYPNOSIS?
It is impossible to make you do anything that you don't want to do. You have your own set morals and values. You are in control at all times. You can come out of hypnosis anytime you like.
DOES HYPNOSIS WORK?
Yes, Rapid Transformational Therapy does work. It has worked for thousands of people just like yourself. It is a simple, but effective and powerful method to get to the root cause of your issue on a subconscious level.
WHAT IF I CAN'T BE HYPNOTISED?
Anyone can be hypnotized. As long as you WANT to be hypnotized. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. You go into a state of hypnosis in your daily life, when you go on autopilot when you are driving home from work, whenever you daydream, or zone out when you are engaging in a favourite pastime or hobby. It's a natural state.
WILL I BE ASLEEP?
No, you are fully alert throughout. You are aware of your surroundings at all times. It is a very relaxing meditational state.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?
The session will be via Zoom. A session takes between 2-2.5 hours. You need to be in a comfort place where you won't be disturbed. You can lie on a bed or sit in a comfortable chair. It is a very relaxing and safe environment. You will be regressed back to scenes in your past life where we will discover where your issue came about. You will review these scenes, you cannot relive them again. We then code in, fire in new beliefs and reframe for you. You will have a 20 minute personalized recording to listen to for 21 days for these new behaviours to take effect. I ask that you are committed to this process for it to work efficiently.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I SEE CHANGES?
There are 3 types of change that my clients experience.
Immediate change: You will notice a difference, a shift right away in the session. It will be an instant change in the way you think and behave.
Incremental change: You will see shifts gradually taking place.
Retroactive: You won't see the changes right away. You will carry on with your day and suddenly you will notice overtime that things have changed.
Everyone is different, you may even experience a combination of all 3. Whatever the case, it is totally normal and very empowering.

HYPNOTHERAPY ISN'T RECOMMENDED
for people who suffer with schizophrenia, psychosis, epilepsy or seizure disorder.
